Jeffrey, founder and CEO, began his career as an Estate Houseman, fully involved with housekeeping, meal preparations, performing minor repairs, and attending to various needs. His dedication and meticulous attention to detail landed him the role of Butler, which subsequently led to him becoming House Manager. Years of managing high profile residences has given him a deeper understanding of what it takes to run a fully staffed home. His final role before creating his own consulting and staffing company was Estate Manager for a UHNW family, where he managed multiple residences that included private aviation and a yacht.
